93gl Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the 93gl platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 93gl Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 93gl Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 93gl, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 93gl Platform or any affiliated platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 93gl reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 93gl Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. All balances associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture, and the accounts will be permanently closed.

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your 93gl account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account.

You must:

• Keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• Ensure that no other person accesses your account, including family members, friends, or colleagues.
• Notify 93gl support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• Keep your registered contact information, including your email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date.
• Ensure that all payment methods linked to your account are registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

93gl will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 93gl that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

93gl supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 93gl account within minutes. In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to payment provider issues.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the Platform. 93gl does not function as a financial institution or money transfer service.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. 93gl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Before processing a withdrawal, 93gl may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• Any funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at 93gl's discretion.
• 93gl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by 93gl are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 93gl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

The outcome of all games is determined fairly and independently of any player action outside the game itself.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 93gl does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, 93gl will resolve the round based on the game state recorded on its servers at the time of the malfunction. The Platform's records are the definitive source of truth for all game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 93gl Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 93gl support immediately.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward 93gl staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 93gl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

93gl does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 93gl makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 93gl's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

93gl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your 93gl account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

93gl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 93gl will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 93gl operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
